Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, all purchases made through tropheebrand.com are final sale and cannot be refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing information and product descriptions before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue.

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
